Ten Wardrobe Essentials

So I am sure many of you have seen or read articles on the basic ten..
Tim Guy from Bravo depicts it as :
1. Black Dress
2. Jacket
3. Dress Pants
4. Trench Coat
5. Jeans
6. Any occasion top
7. Skirt
8. Day Dress
9. Sweatsuit/comfortable outfit
10. Classic Shirt

2. Cashmere Cardigan
3. Trench Coat
4. Denim
5.Mens Classic Watch

8.Classic High Heel Pump

I would define the ten as:
10. Killer Bag
Anything showstoppin!



9. Skirt


8.Day Dress
This can go under the jacket/cardigan for a more casual evening look as well.


7. Boots or Sandals
This as well as style related is location related, I live in Florida and boots aren't always the best.

6. Classic Men's Shirt
White or Black would be my personal choice, but if you are a little more off the wall than the classics, stripes or a solid color always works well.

5.Classic Black Heel
Here again the type is more your personal style.



4. Jacket or Cardigan
I say either or because I feel that only one is essential, but they are so different that it's a personal style choice which you'd rather wear. I personally would go for the jacket.

3. Form Fitting Top
Anything from a tank, to a t-shirt, something basic, and classic.


2.Little Black Dress


1. A nice pair of jeans
Something that fits you well, makes your feel comfortable, and can transition from day to evening when dressed up or down. Finding jeans that fit is probably the most difficult part but once you find the perfect pair these can do anything.
