How do you wear Gems? Do you think that even cheap knock-offs from F21 can be wore in the same dressed up manner as the designer labels? Do you think gems are tacky, like children's costume jewelry, or timeless like a never ending sign of elegance?
I feel it is all about the quality of the gem. Some do look tacky and plastic, and would never be worn by me, while others look tastful and can take a lbd(little black dress) and transform it into the perfect evening out. Gem on the other hand need to be watched because adorning yourself in these little balls of sparkle can sometimes take it to far with just one extra ring. Gems are heavy and bright, they are almost always a statement piece, which needs to be considered when trying to pair an extravagant pair of earrings with your shoes.
